Sharing of subscription accounts
Our automated real-time account monitoring identifies subscriptions that are being shared with multiple users who are browsing rallycodriver magazine subscription-only content.

If you are an account holder and you are aware that your account is being used by other internet users please ensure that they cease using your account immediately otherwise your access is likely to be automatically suspended. When a subscription is suspended...

We require an email communication from the account holder, sent from the email address registered by the account holder in the My Account options to confirm that other internet users have now ceased sharing the account holder's username and password and that the account holder has changed their account password.

Account reactivation is usually performed within 48hrs of receipt of the email notification outlined in the paragraph precedding this, subject to further investigation by Kielder Computers Ltd into why the subscription has been suspended. We will email the account holder, outline our findings, and confirm if the subscription has been reactivated or cancelled.

Kielder Computers Ltd reserve the right to cancel any subscription that we believe is being used by multiple internet users. Sharing subscription access is in direct violation of the terms and conditions of use. No refund or part refund is available to those account holders who choose to violate these terms, or where Kielder Computers Ltd believe beyond reasonable doubt that the terms and conditions are being violated.

No account sharing in any shape or form is tolerated by the rallycodriver magazine subscriptions or by the web site owners Kielder Computers Ltd. If there is a requirement for special subscription requirements, such requirements must be specified and requested by email to enquiries@rallycodrivermagazine.co.uk
